Supported WordPress Forms and WooCommerce Mail
The plugin currently supports local submission backups from:

WooCommerce transactional emails and other plugin emails can also appear in the mail-event log when they use the standard WordPress wp_mail() pipeline and mail-event logging is enabled.
What Sent, Failed and Unknown Actually Mean
The plugin reports WordPress mail-processing events honestly—it does not turn a technical success signal into a delivery promise.
Sent
WordPress and PHPMailer processed the email request without reporting an error. This does not guarantee inbox delivery.
Failed
WordPress reported an error while processing the email request. Review the Mail Log for the recorded metadata.
Unknown
The form entry was captured, but no definitive success or failure event was observed for that submission request.
Keep WordPress Form Entries Private and Self-Hosted
Supported lead data stays in custom tables inside your own WordPress database and remains available to site administrators.
Common password, payment-card, CVV, payment-token, nonce, CAPTCHA and security-token fields are intentionally filtered out. Email bodies are not stored in the Mail Log.
After activation, review Settings → Privacy if your privacy policy needs to disclose local form-submission storage.
Test Your Current WordPress Mail Route
Use the built-in test-lead tool to create a local test submission and run a real wp_mail() request through your site’s current mail configuration.
The result is recorded as Sent or Failed, giving you a repeatable first check before investigating SMTP, hosting or notification settings.
Control Reports, Retention and Cleanup
Choose the address for weekly form-health summaries, set how long locally stored data should remain, enable mail-event metadata logging, show unresolved failure notices and decide whether plugin data should be deleted on uninstall.

Requirements: WordPress 6.2 or higher and PHP 7.4 or higher. Version 1.0.0 is tested up to WordPress 7.1.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this plugin guarantee email delivery?
No. A Sent status means WordPress and PHPMailer processed the email request without reporting an error. It does not prove that the message reached the recipient’s inbox.
Where are WordPress form submissions stored?
Supported submissions are stored in custom tables inside your own WordPress database. The plugin does not send lead data to an external cloud service.
Does it store passwords or payment-card details?
No. Common password, card/CVV, payment-token, nonce, CAPTCHA and security-token fields are intentionally filtered out of local backups.
Does it replace Contact Form 7, WPForms or another form plugin?
No. It works alongside supported form plugins as a local backup and WordPress mail-health layer.
Why can a form submission show Unknown?
Unknown means the submission was captured but no definitive WordPress mail success or failure event was observed during that request. Notifications may be disabled, delayed, queued or sent asynchronously.
Does it work with SMTP plugins?
It listens to WordPress mail success and failure hooks. Many SMTP plugins continue to use that pipeline, but compatibility depends on how the SMTP plugin sends or queues messages.
Does the plugin track visitors or require an external account?
No analytics, remote tracking service, cloud account or external API is required. The stored form data remains available only to site administrators on your own WordPress installation.
